Chelsea: I am the sister of an Angelman. My brother Harley is the 3rd child in our family and I am number 5 from 6. I have finally decided to share my stories and experience of living with an Angelman so that, all those siblings who are living with someone with a disability, know that you are not alone. My story is just one of a million but I hope that you enjoy it and not always necessarily understand it
